Sometimes what is on the screen is not the main event. I have TV shows I like to put on “in the background,” while I do something else like play on my phone. The same is true for porn: there is a time and a place for videos and films that are best enjoyed not with rapt attention but in the background.

1. Afternoon Delights (1981)
The music in this film is so darn catchy we were singing it for days after. Great vibe, good fun, this film involves vignettes of women who are horny during the afternoon and go to great lengths to get their fix. You’ll see, if you’re watching, a mfm with construction workers, a dentist office fantasy, a public gangbang, a secret dominatrix, and an innocent wife’s first porno and double penetration. 2. I Like to Watch (1982)
The lighting in this film is gorgeous. Hazy, dreamlike, only possible on film. The music matches the tone. I felt so relaxed, almost sleepy, in the nicest way. This arousing film is about voyeurs, ever scene depicting someone watching sex acts either secretly or with endorsement from the fucking couple. Lots of sensual oral, lots of cunnilingus, gentle sex and lots of girl-girl. Lisa De Leeuw brings her pillowy tits and acting perfection to the scene once again, this film is ultra-pleasurable to fuck to, and you won’t feel bad about missing anything. 3. My Mistress Electra (1983)
Mistress Electra is a bit of a prude at home, refusing to even look at sexy magazines with her partner. Outraged when he presents them to her, she won’t even let him open them. Why? Because she is in them. She is a star herself, a dominatrix. Her husband discovers her secret after seeing her in a film, and it’s all good fun as he tries to catch her in the act. 4. Champagne Orgy (1978)
This list wouldn’t be complete without at least one Troy Benny / Carlos Tobalina film, and Champagne Orgy fits the bill perfectly. People sometimes say Troy Benny’s films are lazy, because he just gets a bunch of sexy people together and films an orgy, but how can I be mad at that?! Plus, after having attended more than one orgy, it’s not as easy as it seems to set a vibe like this.
